- E-commerce Launch: In conjunction with the CEO and founder, launched a business from an idea. Created and implemented all accounting and HR policies, administered the employee stock option program, handled negotiations of facilities leases for the office and warehouse, prepared three-year forecasts for potential investors, arranged for financing of private label manufacturing of some inventory items with factories in China and Japan.
